How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your MyGenki account in two ways:

In the app

Go to Profile → Additional Settings → Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps. Deletion is initiated immediately.

By email

  • Send a request to contact@mygenki.app from the email address linked to your account.
  • If you write from a different address, please include your account email in the message so we can locate the correct account.

What Gets Deleted

Once your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Account credentials and profile details (email address, username, and any optional information such as age, weight, or goals)
  • All workout and training data associated with your account, including session records, progress logs, and personalized plans
  • Any preferences, settings, and in-app purchase records tied to your account

Google Drive Data

If you connected MyGenki to Google Drive, files stored there are outside our systems and will NOT be deleted automatically. To remove them, disconnect the app in Google Drive settings and delete any MyGenki-related files manually.

Data Retention

We do not retain your personal data after deletion. Limited exceptions apply where temporary retention is required by law, or for security and fraud-prevention purposes. Any such data is deleted as soon as those obligations are fulfilled.

Processing Time

In-app deletions are processed immediately. Email requests are handled within 30 days of receipt.
